Cancellation Policy

All requests for cancellation of registration must be sent to Organising Secretary in writing and must be accompanied by the original “acknowledgment letter”.

THE DEDUCTION OF CHARGES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Up to 27th Aug 2023 25% of the registration fee

  • Up to 27th July 2023  50% of the registration fee

  • After.28th Aug 2023 No refund will be entertained.

  • Refunds if any, will be made after the conference is over and will be paid by cheque.
